I have bought a humidifier and within a week it feel apart into pieces. I had paid over 100 dirhams for it! Worse cheap quality product! I have pictures as a proof.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAILED BUT NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I DIDNT HEAR BACK FROM THEM! NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT DONE.

Avoid this place as much as you all can WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever !! , I dropped by this fujairah branch to purchase an item but ended up buying it from Homes r us which i believe to be the best decision made. Firstly there was no staff around to attend at a time like 11am to 12pm, i kept calling for someone in a huge spacious area on 2nd floor kept screaming for assistance for abt 10 mins but noone was available... moments later a male arab staff appears with a straight face no greet no smile , i asked him very giggly "is there noone here?" he replies "No" in a very blunt manner. I asked him about a tv stand shown on display but the man was like "None of these items are available you will get it after 2 days" .. I ws ready to purchase the one on display but he didnt even push me for options or suggestions.. I recommend homes r us in terms of customer service as well as the quality of their products.

I feel excited then when I did canvassing for home furnishing at Pan Emirates Dubai, as newly weds my wife and I decided to buy all things new to set up in our room, like bed mattress with bed frame, a 4 door fixable cabinets and we were assisted upon delivery of goods by Pan Emirates staff who are very friendly and helpful. The furnitures are very durable, I would say it’s worth enough for 10 years of usage but until now not seen on any damage and color faint, maybe because we took care our belongings as valuable items as we could have, from then I recommend Pan Emirates to all of my friends and colleagues at work to visit And shop at Pan Emirates for their quality of home furnishings, affordable prices, lots of discounts, excellent ambiance and parking and the quality of service anticipated by their staff. Overall I give a 5 star review on my experience and superb amazing products.

Easy parking, fantastic bus link into Canterbury, helpful staff and cheap multiple day parking. Secure and takes camper vans.

From entering to leaving everything was smooth and efficient, clean and tidy parking area and facilities, the buses were new clean and the staff very helpful, all in all perfect well done.
