You can get to this terminal via gate10 and gate 8. Short stay car park is there on the first left as you enter gate 10. Cruise terminal is well maintained. Staff very helpful.

Adequate debarkation services, didn't see anything else. Taxi & bus ranks, or just walk out the gate.

Absolutely no problem, excellent staff, assistance, and politeness, clean and easy access. Maybe more area for pickup traffic would ease congestion

Outstanding service. First time cruisers (family of 10). We didn’t know what to expect but from the point of drop off (and our cases disappearing onto the ship) and through check in was just so quick and easy. We gathered our thoughts and took a deep happy breath before walking towards the ship (Adventurer). It took a time to get on board but given it was the start of the holiday we didn’t mind. 1st class embarkation.
Disembarkation was even easier two weeks later. We stayed on the ship until the last moment, eating the stunning breakfast. This made getting off less traumatic than it might have been. We walked off the ship into the large hanger where our cases were waiting and out into the wide world. Thanks RC and the Port Authorities ????

In April of 2018, I sailed through City Cruise Terminal. This was my first time visiting England and even Europe in general. The staff and facility left a lasting impression on me. I was greeted by a red carpet and friendly staff. Also, I was greeted with big blue words that spelled out BLISS to welcome me aboard my cruise. The staff was very nice and took my picture. Entering the terminal, security was a breeze. Very well organized. The receptionists who gave the room keys were outgoing and wished me Bon Voyage to New York. Overall a very nice start to my trip across the Atlantic. Thank you for creating a lasting memory of that trip and a good impression of my time in England!

Excellent and fast. Helpful staff and also facilities for luggage transfer from car park to terminal. Parking very close to the terminal and staff directions for parking.
