You get a feeling that they are going out of business once
you visit Fujairah branch! Not much stuff over there especially, lifting belts, straps, gloves...etc. ????????

Was quoted one fare, then the driver insisted he had to add an extra £5 because he needed to lower one of the back seats in to fit a longer piece of luggage. Took him literally 2 seconds to lower it and was not remotely inconvenienced. I understand it is 'company policy' but I still felt ripped off. I let him know how I felt in a calm and polite manner. I won't be using them again.

Horrendous service. Been using them for around 6 years now and the service has been appalling lately. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable staff. Took our car seat to keep at their office and then failed to give it back to us putting our child's life at risk, even though we arranged it with the female working there prior to the journey. Now they are trying to charge us to have the car seat delivered back to us after promising for a week to bring it back themselves. Not a single apology for the fact that they didn't bring it back when they said they would, apparently due to "someone taking the key for the cupboard with them". With the amount of other cab companies around as well as Uber there is no way we'd be using them again and have advised everyone we know as it's just not worth it. No appreciation for the fact that we've been their long-term customers for so long and really no manners.

This company was recommended for our return journey to Southampton Docks to board a luxury cruise liner. We were impressed with the car and driver that took us but horrified by the return car which was a battered old VW with missing hubcaps, dirty, uncomfortable in and out with 'wind up windows'; even the drivers' clothes were dirty although he was pleasant enough but having to wait until almost the last passenger had left the ship for him to arrive and going round almost the complete M25 delaying our return home considerably did not improve our humour.
Having prepaid our return fare, we reported the above to the company appealing to the manager for some compensation but apart from offering a discount on our next journey with his company, which I said was most unlikely,, he said he could not offer financial return as my £200 had been paid to the driver. When I persisted he said he would speak to the Directors and ring me back, although he is the only director listed. I have heard nothing since .

Really friendly and helpful staff, very good prices & a reliable service. I've used them a few times now for airport pick ups & early morning station transfers. Drivers are good, but their phone service is excellent & friendly. Makes you feel secure.

Incredibly bad service. Driver was 25 minute late. Refused to come to the address we booked the car to. Wanted us to cart our bags out to “the round about”. En route he almost got into a car accident and then was honking at a car stopped for a red light. If you need to be somewhere on time this is not the service to use.

Good to know that when you want a reliable service for key events like nye that companies like this still operate a good service. Received a text when taxi was stuck in some inevitable traffic, another text when arrived. Friendly staff. Thanks guys, keep it up.

Terrible! They took my property as a result of their own negligence and when I called up to get it back they laughed at me down the phone and said if I wanted it back I would have to pay for them to return it. Incompetent, rude and shameless.

Great service and reliable. Asked a quote by text and received quick reply. Booked and paid over the phone.All super easy. Also one of the cheapest around. Recommend!
