4 days ago the courier called me and said he will deliver next day but now not even answering my calls. Very bad service

Not accessible, very far from main fuj city for drop off for those without own car. No landline so can’t contact customer service. When calling directly the driver, not reliable response for schedule of pick up (they set time of pick up but will not come). Not good service.

The collection office is slightly outside the main Fujairah city but that's fine. The service was good staff was helping.
