Air con didn’t work. Notified reception. No change. Was set to 19. Lowest it ever was in the room was 26, at 7am, with 28 degrees in the evening. Windows did not open. No fan in room. No sleep for me or my family. Reception staff in the morning were non existent despite a sign stating 24/7. Eventually given a customer service number to call. Called. Left message. Assured callback within 24 hours. Nothing for days. Called back again using a number different to what was provided. Finally sorted.

In summary, nice hotel in nice location but with rooms that hot and no openable windows nor fan, impossible to sleep there. Other folks at breakfast said their air con was unbearably cold. Not what we wanted to hear!

Room smells like wet socks
Internet speed is slightly under what I managed to get on dial up 26 years ago, only somehow worse.
Mobile phone signal doesn't exist.
Near a pub, McDonald's and Costa and Aldi

Staff seem nice but I wouldn't be staying here if it wasn't for work booking it.

Easy to get to. Clean, quiet, water hot for a nice bath, most importantly has a big car park. Ideal supermarket and food outlets close by

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a long weekend stay it is very easy to find via Google maps . Big car park with access to near by shops and food . Lovely staff very welcoming and helpful . Our room was clean and tidy on arrival the bed was really comfortable to sleep in pillows were just right .
We had the first room on the ground floor which was next to the main door for guests to walk through to get to other rooms, our only negative was the banging of the door when it closed .

Frequent visitor due to convenience and value off peak.
Cleanliness varies room to room from dusty, broken air con and mould spores on the ceiling.
Reception team is hit and miss, either really friendly and helpful or rude and blunt, no in-between.

Well managed , highly maintained and warm and friendly team , excellent place as a stop over or a long weekend and very close to several places of interest. Big thank you from me for a welcoming stay , Premier Inn, your staff have done you proud ????????.

We were attending a wedding at Monkleigh and opted for a stay close by, so chose the premier Inn at Bideford
It was a choice well made as this was a very clean, fresh feeling and lovely location to be in
Next door is a Harvester pub, across the road a Starbucks, Aldi, McDonald's, and across the road an outlet shopping centre and a big Asda store

Thank you to the staff who were very friendly and courteous, and it was a most enjoyable stay.

Very good, tidy room. Breakfast was provided at the harvester next door and it was also good. Would certainly stay again.
