My family recently used Cruise Azure Parking for recent P&O Arvia Cruise. Company is very reliable and service is great. Drop-off / Pick-up took place in the short stay car park which was next to ship / terminal. Staff member was very polite and helpful. Would recommend to others - thanks very much ????

I normally book with CPS but couldn’t this year as they were fully booked. I looked around at all other options and decided upon Azure because of reviews and recommendations. I was not disappointed! Great service from start to finish and a much better price than I’ve paid before. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Will most definitely book with Azure in the future and would recommend to anyone.

I found it very easy to book online and pay for our parking. I received a confirmation email immediately providing instructions for our arrival day and contact numbers. I emailed in the week before asking them to resend their logo for the dashboard of my car which again was actioned immediately. We were delayed in traffic on our way to the port so I phoned the number I was given. The staff member was reassuring and understanding and wished us a safe journey. It was easy to drop our cases at the terminal and then meet the driver in the car park area. So close to the terminal (see photo). What a smooth end to a hectic journey.
At the end of the cruise, I contacted the same number to let them know what time we would be getting off the ship. I met the driver in the same place where he gave me my car keys.
Wonderful communication, polite and courteous staff and a fantastic, stress free service. Thank you Cruise Azure. We will definitely be using you again and I would be very happy to recommend you to future cruisers.

ALL GOOD!
I am pleased to say we ended up having a very good experience with Azure parking at the Ocean Terminal Southampton when we went on a P&O cruise with the Iona.
The instructions sent via email and text were very clear and matched up to the reality of the situation when we arrived.
The chap videos our car for reference and we simply left it with him to park up offsite and walked 100 metres to the ship’s boarding terminal.
Our car was returned and waiting for us upon disembarking at 8am - de- iced and ready to drive.
I would definitely use their service again in future, they are very communicative and offer a great service!
I have to say, after booking, I was very concerned that d been scammed! The reality of the basic text messaging and video directions (although useful) was nit if the quality of their website and I was worried if I’d actually been ripped off. But I’m half to say they DO exist and did a very good job. Although you should be aware that your vehicle will not be kept at the dock side terminal.
I would have liked to tip the chap for being up at 6am and defrosting our car upon collecting it, but we had no cash. Sorry about that.

Excellent experience again one year on from our previous time using Cruise Azure, this time on Arvia from 11/06/23-25/06/23. Smooth and fast car drop off and pick up, no issues whatsoever. Very fair prices, better than anything else available for Southampton cruise parking. Staff all very friendly and helpful, great communication. Will continue to book with them into the future. Highly recommend.

We used Cruise Azure Parking whilst on a seven day Scandinavian cruise from Southampton. Easy drop off, easy pick up. Never had any concerns. Helpful and professional and despite returning to a different berth the car was adjacent to their flags waiting for us. Because I could track our car on my phone app I could see where it had been parked for the week and that it was dock side early in the morning on the day we got back. We would definitely use them again. Well done.

A very efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Easy booking system and even though we were very early arriving there was no problem leaving the car or collecting it earlier than expected after the cruise. Will definitely use again.
