everytime i visit the branch, i am always very satisfied with how the staff treats me. very detailed and straightforward to the queries i have. highly recommended especially madam Ruqeya Al Zarouni sitting on Counter#9.

The RAKBANK Fujairah is one of the best services branch . I have been dealing with
the branch for the past 2 years, the service is excellent, and the tellers' side are doing such an excellent job,very quick,kind and helpful.thanks .

The staff are very polite,I visited customer service Ruqeya Alzarouni accommodating and very nice to communicate with regards to my concerns. And the office location is very accessible.
