Access is good from the dual carriageway, slight confusion of shared entrances while filtering off but quite clear once there. Parking seems very limited for a rental office complex, maybe 30 spaces for up to 50 businesses? Not all receive customers I presume, and the other floors may have fewer businesses in residence tho. I found a space okay, there were 3 or 4 available, visit was on a weekday, late morning.

Extra parking at the rear was permit-only, presumably for the tenants and staff and other regular guests.

Signage to the entrance (over at the left-hand side as you view the building from the main road) slightly lacking, easy to figure out and the routes around the inside, but I had detailed instructions from my visitee. Multiple directions and an elderly lift must be used to navigate to the right office, all quite acceptable. The Lift itself is a solid cargo type, very tough, very slow. Could have done a short chapter of a good book waiting for the 4th floor to materialise ;)
