Ordered beef & camel donor sandwich and I insisted to add spicy sauce,, instead i got mayonnaise + ketchup sauce i almost threw up my stomach,2 sandwiches for 50AED , not worth it at all , first & last experience to me

Another example of hard earned tax payers money wasted on a bus station which aesthetically looks pleasing but totally u functional.... the design mimics the O2 (formally known as the millennium dome) another celebrated waste of space. The station is a wind tunnel, absolutely freezing in winter. The doors can not close as they are permanently open... the busses leave earlier than scheduled or are massively late... station staff are glorified janitors with massive attitudes... station is dirty and can't remember the last time the masses of glass were cleaned or the floor cleaned... another example of terrible service from TFL

I don't believe it that 3 132 buses are at the station, and no-one can jump in to have a service on time. Seriously, this is getting ridiculous. And it is not the first time.
