The location is perfect but the potholes are so poorly maintained. I understand that the area floods so I don't mind the waterlogged car park, but the pot holes are completely impossible for wheelchair users to drive around or through, and unload from vehicles is very difficult as there isn't an area that is flat. Access to the car park is incredibly steep and no vehicle let's you leave, always safer to drive up to the round about rather than cross over the carriage way if turning right on exit. Poor car park, perfect location
