As a relative picking up passengers disembarking from the QM2 - It's bloody awful. No cafe facilities other than one old woman in a tatty portakabin hidden around the back that takes cash only. 1/10 No effort from Port of Southampton whatsoever.

Smooth transition to embark, very proficient staff. We were on the ship having a coffee within 30 minutes of arrival.

Cunard baby! Valet parking really helps, it was a smooth process through the terminal, we were getting drinks and nibbles on board within 30 minutes of parking up!

From arriving at the outer gates to actually getting on our ship "Ventura" was 1 hour 10mins. Very well laid out and smooth to get from your car to checking in. Can't fault the service from everyone we met.
