I purchased asics shoe aed 835 i paid and came back after 30 mins i asked them to give me a bigger size and they refused they said I used it while i walked in it for few mins inside the same mall. And the store manager started talking to me in a rude way and disrespectful manner and raised his voice and said they will not exchange it neither refund it. He said it is in a bad condition and as I read most of the store reviews I noticed that the manager says to every client who wants to exchange and refund the same phrase: “THE PRODUCT IN A BAD CONDITION” a word he always say to customers. How will it be in a bad condition while I came back after 30mins on the same day of purchasing it. I even asked him to show me what is the bad condition he started to make up stuff not true and say fault condition about the product. Really unprofessional and disappointing to be a store manager. It is really bad from sun and sand store manager to even act in this cheap altitude with customers. Even explaining to him that we have the right to exchange and refund but still the manager of this store refused to give me my right. Really disappointing and bad. Never will buy from this store anymore. Even the product not even on sale it is the original price.And when I asked him to give me his supervisor he told me that his supervisor said: “ HE IS NOT READY TO SPEAK WITH THE CUSTOMER”. If the supervisor acting this way then am seriously not even surprised of the attitude of the store manager. As a company ur suppose to choose ur right employees to serve the customers right. I made lots of complains. First to the headoffice of sun and sand store and second to the customer service of city center fujeirah. They were really helpful and respectful In which am thankful to both of them as they raised a complain and will take the right procedures against the store manager and his supervisor.

I had the worst experience with sun and sand store manager. Bad communication skills with customers. He was yelling at us and not professional at all. Very bad behaviour with customers. U must hire professional people to know how to deal with customers first and how to get you more customers not to loose them.

I visited this branch with my wife and it was the worst shopping experience. The branch manager is Indian was very rude and not respectful plus not professional at all. I have filed a complaint with the management of City Center Fujairah against this branch due to the disrespectful behavior of the manager. Sun & Sand should not hire such a bad employee who disrespects this company.This is the last time I shop from Sun & Sand.

Overpriced and terrible return policy only go here to find the style and size of shoe you like then buy them online instead. I bought a pair of shoes tried them on in store left put them on and once I walked in them for 15 minutes I realized they were too small I went to return them and was told they weren't in good enough condition. Everything in the store is marked up very high 835 aed for a 514 aed pair of shoes.

We went to this shop this morning like 9:54am
shop was half sharer open.. we enter the shop but the guy in cash counter shouted at us and said why you come inside the shop.. go outside we will open 10am .. it was like 6 min different to open the shop.. but he was very rude and he didn’t value the costumer.. he said go out from the shop and come after 10am..he judge us like we were in slipper and shorts ..he thought may me we Can’t afford to buy the stuffs in that shop..I want to buy shoes and some tshirt .. he said we can’t sell now .. what kind of staff they hired in sun and sands they don’t give respect to costumers and talk rude.. If like this your company will go down..I hope the owner of this shop and the manager should focus on costumer service and not to hire this kinds of poor service staff.. we are costumer they should assist us in good manner .. not like we are nothing for them..I hope management will consider this situation and take big action for this kind of employee.. Thankyou
