Excellent holiday park just metres away from a nice esplanade and beach with tennis court and kids play area. Very family and dog friendly, lovely clean caravans with a brilliant terrace to the clubhouse serving great food and very reasonably priced beer. All the staff were incredibly friendly and we'll definitely be back - we always recommend this place when family and friends are visiting the island!

I stayed in the Albert caravan for 4 nights last week. Immaculately clean, well stocked for 4. Even had salt & pepper, washing up sponge and j cloth, toilet roll. It’s the little things that count.
Slept like a log!
My friends live at the bottom of the hill, lived on the island for years, but only moved here last year.
So, we were out every day, ate at their flat, but used to walk back to Waverley to sit on veranda (huge) looking out over the Solent. One night we tried the menu, did not disappoint. Fantastic fish & chips, reasonable price, huge portions. Cooked fresh and quickly.
Staff great, very polite, friendly and efficient.
Thank you Waverley, I’ll be back in 2024 for my annual trip, that’s a given.

Gem of a find! Waverley Park is just perfect. So glad i chose to book here for our week away with family. Grandchildren 9 and 7 have loved it, so have all the adults.They loved the pool and the slide, even when it was cold at the beginning of the week, was a real treat when the boiler was mended, the playground, they made so many friends. We were happy they were safe to wander.
The caravan was clean and bigger than expected, perfectly situated for us.
The bar, race night was a good laugh, the food is amazing, staff so friendly. The walk to the bottom and onto the esplande and sunsets over the water, an early check in too thank you ????. I will definately be booking for next year asking for the same van if possible????. Don't want to go home tomorrow ☹️

This holiday park is ideally situated. Good food, entertainment, and reasonable prices. The views are fantastic and all the staff are really helpful and friendly. Can't wait to return in September.

We stayed there in our touring caravan so can't comment on the rooms. Only gave 4 stars because the pitches could have been a bit better, they are terraced for the caravans but if you put up an awning there is little to no room for your car. There are beautiful views of the Solent from all the camping pitches, can't fault that either. And the fact that they're all fully serviced is a bonus. The toilet block is good, clean and obviously well looked after. There is a pool (not tried yet) and a club house (not tried that yet either). The people here are lovely, all very friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant, 2 minutes, if that, from the ferry, can't fault it, the local Waitrose and co-op are within walking distance if you're not carrying great weights and buses run from down there too.

Great Caravans, Location is close to the Ferry Terminal and a short walk into town so ideal even if you come across to the Island as a Foot Passenger. Unlike most Caravan and Camping sites the Clubhouse Bar ( The Waverley) feels like a proper pub with a good stock of drinks, friendly and efficient bar staff. The food served in the evenings in the Waverley is top notch and as good if not better than most gastro pubs on the Island.

Great location for exploring the island. We tried the buses this time aswell as driving and had a great day in Ryde.
We have been several times before but never when the clubhouse was open. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it is and how good the food is. Highly recommended and the new terrace has fantastic views.
Toilets ok, but could do with a revamp. Other than that a great site. We will definitely be back!

Went out of season in Motorhome. Late April/May. Site is very dated and tired looking. Outside Pool not yet opened but didn't look fit fir purpose at all. Pitches were fully services but needed tidying up and grass ect cutting. Good points were view, location for port and Chain ferry and the cleaners who kept the washblock clean.
Suggest they move baby changing facilities from disabled toilet/washroom and maybe apply to have small 4 toilet n washbasin block put near camping field.
