One the best hotel rooms I have stayed so far. Very spacious, super neat and good food. They have gym, sauna, steam and Jacuzzi. The location is very close to most of the tourist destination have we can save time and money for site seeing. I would love to come back again.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, near to a mall.
The facility is clean, staff is courteous and there were no hidden charges of any sort.
Room was massive with all kitchen appliances.
The only downside is hotel parking which was quite tight, however there are ample free parking spaces outside the hotel.
We will definitely comeback.

In my personal experience, this hotel provided the most dreadful service I have ever encountered. The lack of customer service and management capable of addressing guest issues was highly disappointing.

The problems began immediately upon my arrival. Despite calling one hour in advance to inquire about the readiness of my room, it was still not prepared as promised during my online booking.

Furthermore, the room emitted an extremely unpleasant odor due to the cleaning products being used. This made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay.

Another major issue was the cumbersome process of reserving facilities. We were forced to wait until 2 am to access them, which is unreasonable considering that other guests also wanted to use the facilities. It is highly inconvenient to restrict reservations from 9 pm until 1 am, thereby limiting guests' enjoyment.

To exacerbate matters, the air conditioning in the room was non-functional. We had to endure the discomfort until 4 am when a technician finally arrived to fix it. It is simply unacceptable to make a guest wait until such an unreasonably late hour for an AC repair, especially when we reported the issue upon entering the room and were assured it would be resolved promptly.

We made several attempts to contact the supervisor (his name is Baha) regarding our concern, but were informed that they were located at a different branch. Despite our request for a late check-out and the need to speak with the supervisor to address our complaint, our issue remained unresolved without any compensation offered. When we asked to speak directly with the supervisor again, they did not reach out to us and instead sent a message through one of the receptionists stating that they were unable to assist and that we would need to pay for an additional night if we wanted to extend our stay.

Furthermore, I would strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel based on my experience. The lack of customer service, inadequate room preparation, unpleasant odor, restricted access to facilities, and delayed response to maintenance issues demonstrate a clear disregard for guest satisfaction.

The fact that the supervisor, Baha, was unavailable and unresponsive only further highlights the hotel's poor management and their failure to address guest concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. It is evident that the hotel does not prioritize guest satisfaction or value their patrons.

Considering the numerous issues and the hotel's unprofessional handling of the situation, I highly recommend exploring other accommodations that prioritize customer service and provide a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Worst service : heavy painting fell on the children while they were sleeping on the sofa. Cabinet under TV fell down , while reported we've been asked to pay. (804)
Check out took more than one hour disputing the above.
No hotwater in the room (801) and kitchen of one room was stinking (805)
We made no complaints though.
At the reception a worker came and accused us in front of others stating we were the reason for damages

We payed an unreasonable amount for the fault accused for no fault of ours.

Do not recommend this property for any kind of stay. You will have a miserable holiday.

We had Excellent stay for 2 nights in 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms are tidy clean with all amenities provided sufficient. Beds are comfortable. Though bathrooms are small but clean. Kitchenette amenities provided & sufficient for 3-5 person depends on your apartment size.
Location is Excellent with just next to Lulu Mall. You will get other restaurants & cafe available nearby on walking distance. Ample parking.
Staff is friendly & supportive.
Breakfast should required to be improved.
Overall good stay for family .

This is called the true hospitality, A great stay over the weekend. Smiling and welcoming staff, specious and clean apartments. My kids enjoyed their stay. Great Value for money highly recommended

reception staff ask for me WhatsApp number ???? scary rude We came from Abu Dhabi for vacation. But instead met the poor staff. Inside the hotel everything is fine. The room is big and clean. But if you're a woman and looking for place to stay, don't come here. staff don't know respect.

Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of throughout our time at the hotel. Whether it was providing useful recommendations for local attractions or promptly addressing any concerns we had, they consistently exceeded our expectations.

Moreover, the facilities and accommodations were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, ensuring our comfort and relaxation. The hotel's amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided additional enjoyment for our family.

The outside area is very good . The interior is gloomy but as usual the beer is kept better than any other place around

Very quick and helpful staff, very easy to order at your table using the weatherspoons app. I ordered food and a drink at the same time, my drink was with me in under 2 minutes and I had my food in under 10 minutes. The grilled chicken katsu was very nice (as well as most of their food!) Would recommend any dish on the menu.

I was a victim of a crime in Wetherspoon. They let in all sorts of people including beggars and one of those beggars stole my phone, which was lying on the table. While I understand that it may be difficult to stop everyone from coming in, there should be more security and I should feel safe. The staff should not allow beggars to come in and steal things from customers.

First time in ages I visited this pub had a couple of lagers and the Special Managers Offer Mixed grill for £4.99 it was ok meat a bit dry One Tiny tomato and 1 Tiny mushroom also a few chips but with the lagers it fill the gap Staff fairly friendly some of them just Standing at the bar looking into space Most popular wishing they were at home or somewhere else all in all not bad pub Recommend giving it a try

Had dinner and some drinks here. The food and drinks were great and the atmosphere very enjoyable! Would definitely recommend. (We even came back for breakfast the next morning)

I've lived in Islington for decades, and Wetherspoon's always has a reputation for being a bit dodgy. Well, don't judge a book by its cover. Yes it's a bit run down, shabby even, but...the staff are absolutely lovely. The food is the most incredible value, it's delicious, big portions, and quick service. Where else in Blighty can you get fish and chips and a drink for under £7 especially these days?! The clientele are a mixed bunch, rough and ready, but friendly. It always feels like I'm stepping back in to the 80's when I go here, and that we've all been here since our teens and just keep on coming back????
