A cosy hiking spot with a small stream and a hike that is quite enjoyable as you pass close to some plantation of banana, mango and orange trees.

Wonderful place in the heart of Fujairah and perfect spot for group hiking. Winter in the best time to go and enjoy the views and great weather.

Very nice place for walk and hiking. Very beautiful and adventures. Difficulty level is easy to moderate.

If you follow Google map to reach over here, please note just 1 or 2 minutes before reaching final point you will see a flag on a small hill. Take the kaccha exit and go towards the flag, it will take you to the parking.

Take the stairs, to will reach to the farms. Continue walking, you can beautiful trees, bamboo grass, ponds. Very beautiful.

If you keep walking from this valley (between the mountains) you will find amazing and adventures hiking. It goes toward the top of mountain. Most people don't go that far. It is very nice experience. You need to do little rock climbing. Be careful, the small rocks can slip. The distance is not more than 2 km (one side). However, the altitude is more, it's 500 meters above. You can't go to the top as it is risky.

Before reaching to the hiking location you will pass from a small local market. You can get good team at "Gory Karak" shop. There many food shops as well.

A great hiking path that would take around 5 hours to complete. It's a one way trail so you'll have to double back when you're done. The trail is 5 km long each way (10km in total) Recommend starting at around 6am right before dawn as the canyon gets sun around at around 10-11 am in the winter. Relatively easy and for the casual hiker the first 2km are the easiest and prettiest to hike.

Lovely spot for a short family trek! Visited with my 3 years old and it was not an issue ! Although some areas require a little bit of climbing overall fairly accessible to all ages.

Please pick your rubbish if you decide to go.

Would avoid at all cost if there is any risk of rain (although rare in the UAE, this will flood very quickly)

Parking is accessible with all type of vehicles.

It’s not indicated, so keep an eye for Parked cars on a hill on the right once you passed the round about.

There is very little food options in the area so planning a picnic is advisable along with plenty of water !

Mosquito repellent is a must!

Great trail. We used wikiloc and downloaded the map.

Gps went inconsistent just after the 1st green/bushy phase. We ended up going the wrong way a few times. We met a few others that went the wrong way also.

You come to a fork just after going through the green phase. You will see a canyon with a small concrete bridge over it. When looking at this, there are stairs to your left. Use them. When you get to the top take a right and go along the top of the canyon for about 100m. Then start making your way down to the base of the canyon. From there its fairly easy to navigate and gps started working well again.

Highly recommend.

Most importantly, take your rubbish home with you. Lazy ppl are quick to ruin such trails. We seen bottles etc even nappies???? Dont be one of them people!
