Worst company ever! The driver was using there phone whilst driving! They were 2 hours late during one of the hottest days of the year! Wouldn't of usually used a taxi but the trains were on strike. We made the last train back by 5 mins!. The language coming out of the drivers mouth was horrendous. I would avoid this company at all costs!

Mickey picked us up for a wedding, fantastic customer service, entertained us on route! Really flexible with our return and got us back safely! What more could you want and service with a smile. Don't change Mickey.

Mike took me to the Exeter airport from Dawlish. Cab was clean and Mike was professional, courteous and friendly. Great Service will use again!

Did not turn up and when we phoned he was full of excuses as to why. Said begrudgingly that he'd come for 5 of us and then took ages because he couldn't find the address. Said he'd go back for the other 5 but sent his wife who also couldn't find the address. We were on a main road who anyone local would be able to find and especially a local taxi company as knowing the local area is vital!!!! He was very unprofessional with every excuse in the book and blaming other taxi companies for the state of his business. Teign taxis brought us home and couldn't have been nicer, apologising for our experience even though it wasn't his company that let us down. Needless to say avoid Grab a cab like the plague!!

Absolutely awful. Pre-booked and pre-paid for a taxi from Dawlish to Powderham Castle and back at 5 o'clock drop off and 10.30pm pickup and was quoted £31.60. For starters the taxis was 45mins late to pick us up, we didn't complain, we even gave the driver (Mike) a ten pound tip as he seemed so kind. After seeing Tom Jones we waited until 11:30 for the taxi to arrive. However, 'Mike' drove up in a 16 seated mini-bus. We had to endure a 2 hour journey all around South Devon; Exeter, Dartmoor, Chudleigh, Haytor. We hadn't complained once by this time. After dropping off all the other passengers we politely asked for some money back. Mike reluctantly offered us the tip money back however still paying for the full price of the fare. We weren't very happy, but we had agreed to this. After this we were driving along narrow country roads at 60 miles per hour and recklessly driving around sharp bends and overtaking cars on corners, driving over onto the right hand lane, this was extremely frightening and most-likely due to his anger. When we had finally arrived at our hotel in Dawlish at 1:45 in the morning, we confronted Mike on his deathly driving which he follows up with, and I quote, "well.. some people pay me more to drive fast", in a sarcastic manner. We had been very polite to him and he was being abusive in response. After asking for the tip money back upon exiting the mini-bus, he claimed he didn't have any money and handed us approximately £3.50 in small change. We had let him know that we are in fact local and are going to report the poor service. He drove away. Later returning with a five pound note and expressing his apologies. Clearly knowing that he had done wrong. I am absolutely appalled by the service and organisation. Never in my life have I been so furious.
