I recently visited Wok Box and I have to say, I was blown away by their delicious food! The Dynamite Shrimps were simply amazing - I highly recommend them to anyone who visits. The Jakarta Noooods were also fantastic and are a must-try. Every bite was packed with flavor and left my taste buds wanting more. Overall, I had a fantastic time with my crew last night and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for delicious Asian cuisine in this area.

We tried the Jakarta and Tokyo meals. Portions were of good size. Price is similar to competitors. It tasted good but I have tasted better Chinese before. My opinion is that their meals lack something on the side, like a spring roll for example. One really good thing is how friendly and welcoming the waiter was. The meals were prepared fast enough as well. The dining hall was decent but you had to take the stairs to get to it. No wheelchair accessible entrance.

I came back to visit this small establishment at a lovely location in Kalba Fujeirah. I first visited it 3 years ago or so when they first opened and served fresh and delicious seafood at an affordable rate. I regret trying to come back for old times sake as the place went so far downhill it’s better they shut it down. Firstly the mediocre customer service has become soo poor. The Filipino waiter who thinks he’s the owner was so rude to my friend who is a local and wanted to experience Japanese street style food for the first time. They kept ignoring and were very rude and impatient. No help whatsoever. The African server also had no manners or even an ounce of customer relationship. When asked a question he blatantly ignored us and when pointed out he got aggressive. We had one complain that the shoyo ramen is a bit too fishy and has too much fish sauce or the broth has gone bad. As soon as we said our statement he got ultra defensive and said it’s our fault for not reading the menu as it mentions fish sauce ????u200d♂️ this was literally the final straw as number one if his colleague bothered to help us with the menu it would’ve helped avoid this scenario as he could’ve suggested it’s not a typical shoyo ramen (I also requested for miso which is my go to) secondly there is no mention of fish sauce on the menu ???? shoyo is a soy base soup which has a hint of fish sauce not a fishiy water base ! He assumed us to be ignorant meanwhile he does not understand anything about what he’s serving. By far the worst ramen in UAE and worst customer service.

Extremely disappointed. I came on a trip to Fujairah some years ago and the food was marvelous. I came to Fujairah once again today and highly recommended my friends and family to eat from this establishment. The entire dinner service started as follows - we entered and seated ourselves and then asked the waiter to come upstairs in order to place the order. The waiter did not care enough to explain what things are nor was he welcoming and had too much attitude. We managed to finally get our order through. After that things just kept going progressively downhill.
We ordered corn soup, ramen, mussels, and a wok. What came was a total and utter mess.
The ramen had water that came extra fishy and upon asking why we were told that the ramen is supposed to be very fishy and that the ingredients on the menu mentioned the same. FYI 0 mentions of fish sauce whatsoever in the menu. The waiter giving us this explanation gave a lot of attitude for absolutely no reason whatsoever something that seemed extremely upsetting and totally uncalled for. The textures for 90% of the food ordered excluding the noodles in the wok seemed like they had been made in the afternoon and had terrible taste. The same went for the mussels which had the taste and texture of something made yesterday rather than a delicious delicacy of the hour.
I haven’t been this disappointed in quite a long time. Would never recommend to anyone for their health or interest in food.

By far the best noodle bar in fujairah, i drive 1 hour from dubai just for them. They dont have the perfect dine in experience but overall food is amazing and you can either take out or enjoy in their small seating

Liked the mochi ice cream and the mango sticky rice best desserts they have made with good quality ingredients hope they stay same with their quality
