After 10 years of using Eurotunnel we have decided to show our daughter border passing by ferry …. No no no . Prefer to pay more and sorry but it’s a joke ;((( queues , no one now where to go . Border with Russia looks better now z

We didn’t think we had a bad experience getting through in 45 minutes, but compared to the Dunkirk side this was chaotic. However the ferry was reasonable- can imagine it feeling cramped and loud in the height of summer!

Not organised and not efficient. You see that you will be busy- so open all checks! Never… they dont care that we are missing our boats and than need to wait again for a next one… 120 minutes approx waiting time! This is not an airport…

We missed the ferry because the man of the border control was the slowest ever and it was not possible to switch lines. The one next to us was five times faster.

How it's possible to stay in line two and half maybe more and no toilet until you cross after frontier barrier . ???? WE ARE HUMAN TOO .

Went through with an Irish passport within 5 minutes whilst all English people were waiting. Everyone that’s complaining… it’s your fault!!! We insisted that the EU check all of our passports ???? it’s not like the EU imposed these restrictions… it’s your own government. If you didn’t vote for Brexit, you could just be waved through!

I'm British, and you do stop your own citizens and ask a lot of questions. Why do you do this???? Waste of our taxes!! Stop foregine cars and do proper checks!!!!
