I use this place when i visit because its cheap and easy, not many places to sit when at your gate to get one and keep it. Places to get snacks, bathrooms.

Staff has been great when i need to ask questions. Lots of tv screens with bus arrivals and departure times.

Experience of the coach was very helpful but only thing about the coach was the facility but overall it was very experienced in the traveling asap to get there and back

I guess I could call myself lucky enough to have a decent enough of an experience using this coach station in comparison to the other reviews here. Seating and facilities are average, though there could be more included.

Ticket office has self service ticket machines and there are a good amount of coach stands too. Shame that there's no direct connection with the main station at Victoria as it's a bit of a walk away.

There's a service available for leaving your luggage for a price to roam around for a while. Adding the picture of the price range below. You will find this service just near to the ticket station

Dreadful design. I was told that this coach station is old and has been around for a long time. I suppose it has not changed to keep up with the times. The biggest issue is how the station insufficiently accommodates all the people waiting for the coach. Very limited seating area and no room to wait or queue properly without blocking the walkway. I dislike coming here, but it can’t be helped sometimes.

If you need the toilets, there are clean ones at Victoria Station (not the coach station) that are free.

Last night our 6.30 National express to Luton was 45 min late and the only explanation the station staff gave us (at 6.40) was that the bus is in arrivals but the driver is at the toilet. Completely understandable if that would have been true, for them it was a joke. At 7.10 a young man (see picture below if google lets me post it) started barking at people telling everyone to go get on the train if they don't want to wait and that he's got no information and refused to call a manager when asked, The smile on his face and his totally unaccepted attitude towards people made people angry, More than half the people on that bus missed their flights and when we tried to get back to London, we were charged £12 for buss tickets. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from the station staff and National Express drivers.

Left luggage only takes cash (it's 2021 and COVID is still a thing) but there's no ATM in the station.
