I cannot speak more highly of the service I’ve received from Kevin, Kelly and Tara at the Carlisle branch! I’ve rented a dual control on a number of occasions and today used it for my test - the team couldn’t do anymore to make me feel at ease and explain everything about the car. The car itself is fantastic - really easy drive with all modern features. The definition of great customer service - couldn’t recommend more!

Had a fantastic experience hiring a dual control car for a test from here, absolute top service from kev! From speaking to him on the phone to going in store he made the process easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to help and advise us can't thank him enough.

My weekly visit to Arnold Clark has always been a pleasant experience. I rent dual controls regularly and it is always presented nice and clean. Mark showed me around the vehicle, he was very professional and friendly.

Highly professional. Kevin and Heather were extremely helpful, friend and easy to get along with. We hired a large Ford transit and it was good value for money. Thoroughly checked over for scratches, milage and fuel before and after which gave us peace of mind. The booking process is straightforward and we will be returning again, happily, when we need another van.

Absolutely outstanding service from the team at carlisle. Heather, Kev & Tara were all amazing and arranged a van at short notice for moving house. The van was immaculate and Kev made sure the van suited my needs before I left. Seamless experience, highly recommend! Thank you all so much!
