The staff could not have been more accommodating. I booked a few sessions for friends who were difficult by being very undecided about what they wanted. The receptionist was completely understanding and totally flexible.
The Spa treatment area is cosy. As soon as you walk in, there is a gentle ambience of calm and relaxation. The treatments were excellent. But the overall "excellence" is based on how warm and friendly everyone was and how accommodating and flexible they were.

Very good massage and facial by Steph today, it was so so nice and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I did mention that a heated bed would have been nice to get onto as I did feel quite chilly throughout my treatment time, being a 10am appointment the room hadn't had chance to warm up.

This was my first visit. Siana was excellent, she was friendly, professional and customer focused. She took time to explain what she was doing whilst introducing me to a range of products I could use at home. Never rushing to finish and no 'conveyor belt' feeling, as is so normal at other health and beauty establishments. Pleasant surrounding and comfortable. Reception staff was also friendly and helpful too. Explaining offers to me and options available for my next visitThank you for a great visit!

All staff are friendly helpful and so welcoming. They reduce my stress even before my treatment. Therapists are skilled and excellent and strike the right balance between maintaining professional distance and treating me personally.
Spotless and all Covid precautions taken.

I love it at Schmoo. Nen was lovely, the Ultimate Lifting facial was fantastic and, now that i am having them regularly, is making a visible difference. People keep commenting on how great my skin looks. Great value for money. Can't fault it. Look forward to my monthly visits. Excellent.
