I recently visited abo wadih which serves shawarma and kebab sandwiches and had a great time. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting and the food was delicious. The shawarma and kebab sandwiches were good, and they also had some amazing pomegranate juice. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and drink selection were all very good.
Three stars.

The decorations only nice, taste was normal and costly compared to sandwich size very small.

Classical vibes with modern cuisine, a perfect blend of comfort and tranquillity while you dine. The bread is freshly baked and the meat freshly prepared and grilled to perfection. The twist on fries offered was welcomed by the kids and topped it with some fresh beverages.
Keeps you wanting more when you’re leaving - definitely coming back here for more.

For a shawarma place the vibes where very nice. I came with a group of 4 and we sat outdoors we didn’t know they had such a nice outdoor seating with nice Lebanese traditional vibes and fayrooz music. I think this outdoor seating really elevated the place and the experience but unfortunately in the uae this is only valid for winter time ????!! As for the shawarma i had the chicken and the kebab the kebab was fine wouldn’t have it again tbh. But the chicken was really good the chicken was flavorful and soft all the right flavors where there i loved the chicken shawarma i had the pomegranate juice i loved that it didn’t have sugar and it was light with such a heavy meal. The only comment i have is this is a shawarma place i expect my food to be ready before i even sit down ???? my sandwiches took about 15-20 minutes that was disappointing and should be improved yes i did enjoy my time sitting and listening to music but it took way more time than any typical shawarma shop.

A lot of reviews refer to small sized sandwiches, but they aren't really. It's the same size of a regular shawarma sandwich but it's filled with double the amount of meat. They use freshly baked Iraqi samoon bread and they make everything else from scratch including the meat marinade, the pickles and the drinks, which justifies the higher price.
I tried both beef and chicken Shawarma and they both were very good.

one of top 5 shawarma’s in shj, i love the mexican chicken recommended also normal chicken. also love the pickles!! i just wish they had cash payments.

Today not so good as there was a man who allowed his dog to be in playground. Usually its a really good plyground but when you have people thinking ok to bring in dogs thatswhen tensions flare.
