Been living in the same building for the past year,

Never had a positive experience at Abraj, they barely answer calls for delivery, and when they do, staff is extremely rude and disrespectful.

Wish that management will be more responsible and train the employees better

This man is the biggest cheat in Mobile phones and products, please be very carefull of him when you visit the store. He will cheat people and charge for faulty products. I have launched a complaint with the Sharjah consumer complaints against this man and the company. Hope they take action and make him learn his lesson.

Very poor customer service and never had positive experience, even the delivery service is so annoying am staying in the same building of this supermarket and whenever I order I get my order delivery after waiting above 1 hour,

Everything is available, they sell good quality vegetables but little bit expensive than others but it worth

Staffs are very very rude, they don’t know how to talk to customers. Butchery doesn’t open before 9am although supermarket is open 24hrs. Fruits and vegetables are not fresh. Cashiers doesn’t handle the foods properly when handling.

1. As soon as you enter you will smell sweage smell.
2. Cashier unable to understand English rude behavior
3. The ATM waiting line is on the road.

Overall no one cares.. even Google reviews are not replied which means no one cares...

Very bad experience with Abraj Al Tawoon. Too much irresponsible management. Behavior of the person who is taking order on Watsapp is very rude and unacceptable.

Everything is very dirty, and smells horrible.

Bunch of lazy kids running the shop!
