Overall Excellent customer service fro ADIB Alrahmaniya mall especially from staff Moamen, Kayriya and Ayesha to keep following up and expedite process of my request. Thanks alot for all your support and efforts.

I have been dealing with ADIB since long time but honestly since a while I knew a very enthusiastic hard worker employee her name is Mariam Alnuaimi and I am following her on any branch she is very professional, productive, helpful and fast.

Very bad customer service. I placed request for balance confirmation letter on the adib mobile app and received sms saying request is approved please go and collect. But when I came at the branch there was no request in their system. Pathetic banking. Why do you have an app when you can't maintain it properly. Wasting customers valuable time.
