Poor staff service, hence waited 10 minutes no sales staff on ground only (house keeping staff from servue was dealing with customers ) For GOD SAKE

Only one fitting room is open and a very long Q people knocking the door at you u can’t take your time, people started to change in front of each other’s. And when i spoke to the stuff they the reason is because they have offer buy 1 get 1 free so they want to control by closing the fitting room! A very messy place.

The offers weren't great here unlike any other Dubai's factory outlet....less choices ...
The staff was very cooperative nice clean four changing rooms...Parking is not free outside on the main road...

Recommended place to buy Adidas and Reebok products.
Good pricing and collection.
Less crowded.
Promotions are available most of the time.
Good collection of kids shoes and clothing comparing to other outlets in Sharjah.
Park few meters before the stores.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. I had booked a taxi well in advance for 9.05pm from Diss station last week. The taxi was not there and when I called to check at 9.15pm I was told that I'd booked for 9.40pm (which I definitely hadn't but having no other option I said I'd wait). 9.40pm came and went, and when I called again the phone rang off without being answered. Shortly after that I had a call back and was subject to aggressive and rude language down the phone saying I'd never booked at all. By this point it was cold and dark and I just wanted to get home. I had to make other arrangements in the end.

If it was an honest mistake with the booking I could have forgiven them and wouldn't have felt the need to write this review but after dealing with this very rude man and being completely let down and left stranded, I felt compelled to warn others against using this company.

I would like to post a positive review but can't because they didn't turn up! I had booked a taxi for 11.00am on Sunday and when they hadn't arrived by 11.05 I rang only to be told that he was at the hotel at 11 and no one was there. As we had been sat in the hotel reception since 10.50 I was a little surprised and considering that he was already back at base 5 minutes after the agreed time I found this difficult to believe. He said he had spoke to the receptionist but no one in reception had seen any taxi driver that morning. Either the driver had gone to the wrong hotel or he was being untruthful. Either way I would avoid this company like the plague

I did not call at the best time (just after school run time) but they still picked me and two friends up and delivered us warm and dry to the other side of town. Great service.

Needed a ride for our son after he got a bit lost, Express were there in minutes, allowed me to pay the fare via bank transfer and got him home. Thank you for a quick and kind service Express!

Booked ahead and they didn't show up. Then lied on the phone and pretended like I hadn't booked even though I had made a note of the booking at the time. Even tried to claim I was calling the wrong number even though it was saved in my phone. Don't trust the good reviews, absolutely no idea where they've come from.
