Now at all adnoc station have not enough staff.staff,s suffering .adnoc doesn’t care customer service.looking for profit only

Nice service from Mohammad Rashid . He smiled said hi and the first time someone said to me to clean the window that nice. Very fast at his work. He also was working on two sections. Doing everything very nice and he was so polite will working.

I got my car washed at this ADNOC and the service was good. They do both Full wash and Body wash.

This station doesn’t have Automatic Car wash and Sanitization.They have Macdonalds ( Drive through) , Fast-fit, Oil Change and Manual Car wash other than the fuel services and Adnoc Oasis Store.They also have a good waiting place for the customers.This fuel station is huge.There is a Musjid before the Adnoc and its a kind of stop over for those who are coming from Ajman but you need to take service lane and then a small round about to reach Musjid.
Adnoc is also on the same service lane but after Musjid.
Overall i found the better services offered in this Adnoc Station.

Self service is big issue. I dont know why they have started this. Due to lake of knowledge and experience unnecessary delay causes irritation of the motorists behind in the queue. Once I entered in the premium side which was empty. Was not allowed to refuel on self service. Many times told the staff there , why this selfservice is started.

When ever you will hire someone especially the petrol servants make sure that you hire more professional ones cause the situation I faced with them was horrible and the worker was impolite الخدمة المتميزة سيئة جداً من الأساس والموظفين غير مأدبين If there is 0 star I would totally give it to adnoc
