Stunning property. Amazing sunsets. Much cosier than it looks in the photos. We stayed in February and it was very warm. Sun through the full height windows made for very relaxing time. We'll equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, bake and cater at a home from home standard. Minor issue was the shower water pressure is average. Dog friendly with great welcome packages. Comfortable bed and high quality linen and towels.

I always wondered what it would be like to stay in a modern, architect-designed home. As a photographer, Dungeness has always appealed and when I came across Channel View on special offer, I couldn't resist. And I wasn't disappointed. It is one of the most special holiday homes; it's a tranquil space, which has been created with much thought. The Victorian railway carriage takes centre stage and the simplicity of the architecture and interior design complement it brilliantly. Each of the windows gives you a different vista and I loved the use of light, the shadows created and the gold-lined shutters in the bedroom, which double up as mirrors and also throw even more "playful" light into the room. Would love to go back in the winter — as the weather was so lovely, we didn't get to use the wood burning stove. A memorable, surreal place.

Amazing location, unique property, good times. With large windows to watch the forces of nature but cosy inside with all modern trappings. Great stay.
