Worst customer service ever.
They don't answer calls. You can't follow up with any issues. I lost my money dealing with them.
They didn't let me on the plane because of my nationality, claiming I'm not eligible to enter countries. But then, on the same day, I booked with another airline, and I entered my distension smoothly.
They lack knowledge and professionalism.

Avoid Air Arabia under any condition. Otherwise, be prepared to go into mental stress and money loss

I bought tickets with seats for me and my infant child, but at the check-in counter, they said that in their system they only have a seat for me but not for my child, though I separately paid for a child seat! They did not want to solve the issue in any way, and even on aircraft, they did not allow me and my child to seat on a fully free row of unoccupied seats. Overall it was a pretty hard trip due to that.

Extremely bad experience. No refund if you cancel. Cannot modify within 24 hours. Emergencies can occur anytime. Tricky and confusing terms and conditions. Even If you change flight for ridiculously high prices, your luggage allowance or food allowance will not be carried over to the other flight. Be prepared to undergo mental stress, loss of money and peace if you decide to book this airline to save a few bucks

The worst airline ever, the didn’t check in my bag due to the overload as their priority was shipping more cargo stuff and been struggling in the past 72 hours to find my back. Worst customer service ever they dont even call back or follow up you have to manage your way to find them. NEVER FLYING WITH Air arabia

I went to do Ok to Board there. Though there were only 2 counters serving customers, the staff did everything pretty fast and was cooperative.

Zero customer service, they make you wait for 2 days for the connect flight due to their first flight was delayed. No compensation for the alternative options at all!

Air Arabia head office sharjah if you want to travel so you come here in office we can find very cheap rate the Arabia because is the head office there is no Commission does not extra charges so I prefer always if I travel in the Air Arabia I always buy ticket from the head office of air Arabia sharjah
