This has to be the friendliest Costa my wife and I visit, the staff are fantastic and very helpful and the coffee is always great!

Had to wait ages to be served but when I got served the lady serving apologised my big disappointment was my hot chocolate it was luke warm and not very chocolaty

Friendly staff, listened to them talking to elderly staff they were friendly to them
But maybe show them how to use the app, check if they know to save them some money on deals

I love Costa the manger of Costa is lovely Ashliegh Vickiy Melissa Amy i believe they should have a pay raise they have always been nice to me

Visited this Costa, earlier this afternoon with my partner for a Hot Chocolate as we wanted one, and they rushed our hot chocolates and it tasted all watered down/no milk what so ever. They said they ran out of whipped cream and marshmallows today, which was okay but our Hot Chocolates were disgusting and we didn't finish them because they were too watered down for us to even drink them. Won't be returning anytime soon.

The staff in this costa are lovelyvery helpful and always happyl. Prefer this one much better to the one inside next where the staff are not as patient and sometimes rude

Always my Top-Choice coffee shop!! Coffee (especially latte) and deserts are fantastic, while the staff are also very friendly!!! Strongly recommended!!!
