Im very sad to write about this matter on google about by beloved bakery in town.

Its been 1 week delay to post this review. I basically loved this place a lot n the food is really awesome here…!

But last week i ordered ( home delivery )some lotus biscoff cheese cake from this place and i found a metal piece inside the cheese cake base crumb.

I immediately told this to the staff of the bakery. They asked me to bring the piece to the bakery and i did so. I humbly returned this to the bakery expecting an apology and a reimbursement of the money i paid.

But only thing I was told that manager will call you.. and i was okay with it.

After that i called them 3 to 4times to talk to the manager but they always said the manager is not available.

I waited for so long but didnt receive any call or an apology from the staff of the bakery.
So thats why today i posted this ongoogle

After reading some positive reviews I went to get Manakish take away and my order was

2 Zatar - I received only 1 and taste was ok

2 labneh with Zatar - bad presentation full of labneh and less of zatar

1 cheese with zatar - I received only cheese may be they forget to add zatar or may be they ran out of zatar during my order

1 pepperoni pizza large - as per the pic shown in Website 1 slice with 7 pepperoni but in actual in slice it was 1 pepperoni which is not good at all

1 hotdog pizza small - ok but not worth

2 labneh with honey - may be during my order they ran out of labneh and honey so Looks like they just put a left over on the bread really not good

Overall I can rate 1.5 stars

Good place and experience, they are having very authentic labniese fatayrs and other bakeries items.

I ordered zatar,hotdog,labneh zatar, potato, chicken and cheese & olive pies and 2 mini pizzas for the breakfast and was completely disappointed ???? as I high expectations from this being a bakery and reading reviews online.
Many of them turned out to be tasteless & way below average. Though it’s pocket friendly and good portion sized but not worth the money.
I only liked Labneh Zatar pie ???? and cheese and olive ???? . Not recommended.

Very bad and didn't respect their appointements and their customers,
I made order at 1:30pm and after one hour I called them again they told me they try to arrive me but they can't ang give them my number and location again and at last they didn't send order and didn't answer telephone
Very bad experiment and didn't try again.

Manakish are very good, prices are very reasonable.
Arabic Bread is perfect all the time as well, with a various options of Arabic sweets and cakes.

One of the worst experiences I've encountered.. the administration treats their loyal customer with filthy service.. definitly discussed with the way they have returned a service to a loyal customer..
