Booked a taxi the previous day to make sure we could make an appointment on time.
It was over half an hour late, so we missed our appointment.
The company did not communicate to us that the service was running late - we had to phone.
The phone operator was rude and unhelpful, and threatened to cancel the car. we were unable to arrange an alternative at the time. No compensation was offered.
The driver, when the car arrived, was great. No complaints. But there is clearly something wrong with a business model for a taxi company that can't keep to bookings or communicate with customers. Avoid.
