Very bad , its too hot inside they don’t turn the AC on even though we’re in UAE and it’s very hot outside, the machines are all dirty and old and the service is really bad.

Excellent gym with a kind and loving trainer. Saw myself getting in shape . Without much diet . Exercises are also very nice.
Recommend this to all of the girls who want to lose weight

This gym provides professional service to health enthusiasts. They have unique programs for all age groups. The ambiance is very good and I am very comfortable when I am exercising. The equipment are ample and best in class. I like the individual attention given by Ms Nahida to all members. The staff is friendly and keeps the gym clean and well maintained. Al Aqeeq is a one stop shop for all your health needs.

This is a wonderful gym. Fully equipped, spacious, and many different varieties of equipments. Staff was very nice. The place is clean and the prices are reasonable. Totally recommend coming here for your workouts.

Joining Al Aqeeq Ladies Sports Center was one of the best things I have ever done!
I've been training almost 4 years now and really enjoy the variety & challenge into the sessions Specially with Our professional trainer Nahida ( Olympic medal):
She knows how to motivate us and makes each of our training sessions challenging but rewarding.
She pushes you to do your best
She puts a lot of time , effort and research into each workout so you never know what's coming which is good and motivating .
I am stronger and healthier I have ever been.

I look forward to my workouts and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Al Aqeeq Ladies Sports Center and our coach Nahida ( her expertise in fitness is beyond measure)to anyone looking for great quality personal training.

I love love this gym so much. Not only are the equipments different, innovative and effective but the client service is amazing! The way they respect and treat us is so amazing! 100% satisfaction! Ive been coming here for several activities and the vibe you get is simply beautiful!

Al Aqeeq is a safe gym for ladies and kids. They have variety of health programs and have good staff. My wife and daughter are regularly visiting the gym and are very satisfied with the services and facilities. I recommend this gym to all ladies and kids who are looking for a professional health club.

Awesome Gym equipped with top notch facilities n flexible timings. Our trainer Nahida mam is extremely helpful and motivating which really makes it easy to keep coming back. Friendly staff and great place to workout.
