Nesto prices were reasonable.,but now increased same as compared to other supermarkets...and check out counter philipina women needs ti be trained properply i guess as some are too busy in singing song ,while customers are waiting to check out...very unprofessional and untrained staff..

Nesto hypermarket is a he only shop at the moment. Huge reform is going on inside the mall. Hope some more shops will come in near future. More of other shops were available before but they have been shut down

Al Arab mall is like ghost town. Very very dark insude. ONLY Nesto hyper market is open. But, others are closed. We did not expected and pretty surprised for the same. Parking system is bit confusing for first visitors. You should ask cashier of Nesto hyper market to stamp the ticket that you receive in entrance of parking. As I mentioned above, only Nesto hyper market is open now. So I guess this parking system is not necessary.

This is to bring to the attention of the management of Nesto Branch 3, Arab Mall near Taawon roundabout regarding staff no#37251.

Checkout Time: 11:36:49am.

Date: 06/08/23

The above mentioned staff was pre occupied with her fellow Nepali colleague and assistant busy discussing a pair of sandals when we arrived.

She was so engrossed that she ignored us at first then started checking out the items. She had the audacity to also flip through the promotions booklet midway and seemed distracted during this time. Also the assistant kept complaining about how much work he is doing.

On the whole I found this kind of behavior to be highly disrespectfull and non professional.

The staff at the counters neither greet the customers leave or smile. Customer patronage is extremely important for any business organisation to stand out, especially customer service, which was very poor.

Since Nesto has become a brand itself such kind of behaviour of the staff can prove to be detrimental for its image.

Requesting you to kindly investigate the matter and educate the staff to be professional since they are not working at home but a place like UAE.

This famous mall in Sharjah will guarantee you a successful shopping trip.

Currently Only Nesto Hyper Market is functioning here in this mall. From where you can purchase all you household items.

Quite interesting Mall for Arabs and non-Arabs. Well situated and you can meet people and enjoy an Arab and international disges or a cup of coffee with a delicious piece of your favourite cake.

Am I the only one or this mall is just changed the one thing here is Nesto and even the al Arab mall board is removed they should just change the name of the mall in maps to Nesto hypermarket
