Steve was very punctual (arrived 5 mins early, even though the collection time was 4:45am on a Sunday!), friendly and polite, drove very safely and waited with me until my coach arrived as it was very early in the morning. The price was also reasonable. I’d highly recommend booking a taxi with Steve / Novus. Thank you so much, Steve!

Steve drove us to Heathrow airport. He was excellent with communication and arrived exactly on time. His car was immaculate, comfy and roomy. All our bags were easily accommodated. We felt very safe with his careful driving. The price we paid was far lower than other quotations we had received. An excellent experience and we will always use Novus taxis in the future.

Really good service, arrived earlier than expected which was great, really nice and chill guy plus he has very good prices charged around £20 for a 20-25 min drive, which was exceptional 10/10.
