i have spent a very good time in Sama-2 building but when the time came to leave the flat, look at that (Irfan) a joker's clone arrogance,
He thinks as if this is his father's company. his flat checking like CID checking is going on. He finds such issues as if he lived in a refugee camp.
Looking at his face, It seems as if he never comes even after taking shower. Seeing him for the first time, I thought he is a tea boy cum cleaner. just Because of such stupid or ill mannered people, standard of any company falls rapidly. I don't think that irfan's type of third class people should sit in office.
I will not recommend anyone to take flats from Al Ateeq Real Estate company as long as there is a lousy man like Irrfan.

Flat prices are somewhat acceptable but end of contract they will take more from tenant in someway.
Completely unprofessional.
No courtesy to customers.
They take advantage of municipality loopholes.

From beginning when I rented a flat everything was extremely good, service which they provided was very helpful and on time. But when time came to leave, everything changes from up and down. Ahamad was extremely rude, arrogant. They tried to put on some damages which was not made by me and I had proof for that as photo taken from rented day 1. They refused everything by saying that I'm the one who respons for that. I beg Al Ateek for 1.5 months to get a clearance letter from them. I have handover a flat without having a clearance letter , so by this I cannot off SEWA. People from maintenance used electricity, water they even started painting entire flat.
So this occurred me letter on pay extra money for SEWA. SUPER VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AL ATEEK ESTATE.

I am having a very positive feedback about this real estate & there is no deposit or commission to be paid , maintenance is very good & on time , very clean building . The office staff are very Coperative keep us posted if there is any hike or decrease in rent.

Nice place to stay with family & it is very secured & safe.

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Al Ateek Real Estate and specially to Mr Ahmad’s team for the pleasant stay I've had in the house I rented from you.

It has been a great two years, and it is so sad to have to leave. You have been the best landlord from the way you fondly treated my family and I. You always made sure to respond promptly to problems at the house and provided the best services. We were very comfortable, and we can't thank you enough.

I am writing this to express my warmest appreciation to you as my landlord. My two years in sharjah were enjoyable and comfortable as your apartment provided for me a home away from home. The apartment is very cozy and spacious, and the utilities never failed me,

It is sad for me to have to leave your apartment but my new job requires me to move to dubai. I hope you will be able to serve more tenants well. I am sure many will feel the same way.

Not at all recommended. They will agree for the maintenance before making the contract, but once the contract is done, then forget about the maintenance, you have to do your own maintenance. Some times not able to use bedroom due to the gap b/w window frames. Dust issue, cold issue will be there for sure. And the owner is very arrogant, will not listen any tenant issues, he just need money. Greedy
