Not a good customer services provided here,
No preferences giving to old time tenants and their actions cost me more money due to delays. Anyways, they're are good with their job as that's all that matters to them.

I met with Mr. Muhammad ( Manager ) in his office today, he is very professional. I lived in Al qullaiya and leaving UAE. I am sure if I come back to UAE will deal with Al Attas real estate.

Nice office deal,,, very tenent friendly approach.. one person Mr. Kadher in al attas office is very approachable, so cooperative person.. I'm a tenant staying in alkahan 1, went to cancell,attracted by experience their office work, attitude.. not leaving still choose al attas..

The worst for maintenance..you will suffer every 2 days.
AC, PLUMBING,LEAKAGE AND ZERO ON CLEANLINESS..PLEASE BE CAREFUL PEOPLE..HIGHLY NKT RECOMMENDED
