Do not rent out Appartmemt in this building. Buhaira Tower building management is very poor , rude and they always has maintenance work required in the building. All year around they fix things. They always has round the year AC issue in the building. AC doesn’t work in the building and due to non ac or low ac all your walls kitchen everything will be cover by humidity.

Their management is worst then that. They do not listen anything and they say do whatever you want to do they don’t care. They cannot fix and eventually either you have to stay in poor condition or you have to leave the place.

They do fraud with the tanents. They do not fix things due to their poor management and when you asked them to return security at evacuation time they made extra charges on your account. Please do not take Appartmemt in this building.
They increased their charges and ask more payment in terms of management fee. Their management provide zero service. Non professional staff (Raed, Engineers and building manager ) they are very bad in communication and ask the customers go and do the complaint against them.

If there was any owner they would’ve come and check the management. Through google reviews is where we can complain and stays on google. They have a complaint website which goes to the manager but they all are one team. They ask you for extra charges according which nationality you belong too. I thing they forgot them too are foreigners to these country. They ask you for management fee for processing different amount they don’t give you the papers that they make you sign. They have poor management and they keep loosing tenants but they’re not changing they’re methods to keep them. If there’s an owner or someone close to who ever reads this. They need to ask the tenants how the management is doing what kind of charges they did. There two floors of parking which is empty but they only give you spots where’s its all in one place. On top of that they charge you a fee for the pro and management fee. Who does this every time?

Worst building ever, its not worth for even a .01 percent rating too, the real estate has hired some unprofessionaled security. Behaves cheap than anyother animal. One good point to say they flirts well. A message to the management, hire the ground staff to be atleast a human and security men r like useless.

do not come here we live here for over 18 years and poor severice they can not even put good door bathroom so small wrost a child almost fell form the build

I love the ac its so cold here nd its perfect for the summers next time I go to Uneeted rab emirates I will go heree for vacaytion. the garbga eroom smelel so good like hot grabage remind me of my mother , also the cockroaches in myc kitchen is sooooooo cute!!!!!!!! The buikding looks likee mya gerat grt mather nd da securatiy ees amasing thay help yu froom faling off a buildink!!

I was almost more than 3 years living in this building security management very worst small things cannot bring up..security guard very bad.

The car park is handy for walking on whitmoor common. It isn't a very big car park. Payment hasn't started yet which is good, payment will lessen the use and impact people's health. When the car park was full people used to park on the verge, this is now stopped by wooden posts. There are no markers on the ground in the car park so people don't tend to park very well. I hope that Surrey wildlife trust mark the parking bays soon. This will increase the number of cars that can park. Dog poo bin is provided and emptied regularly. Though not everyone uses it!!

Lovely walk and free car park. I tend to get lost when I walk around here. but it is surrounded by roads on every side, so you can't go too far wrong

Small free car park and get over crowded very quickly, the entrance is small and the car park itself is next to a busy road with fast cars so excited dogs on a lead is essential when parking here.
