We experienced dhowcruise at Marina through Mr. Najeeb , albustan tours at Alnahda, sharjah Br. It was very good and memorable event and recomend to all to experience once in a time. All activities, food and co-ordination was very good and once again thanks for a memorable evening.

A week ago I applied for two month visa extension from agent bibin at albustan tours in sharjah branch which was rejected due to his incompetence my flight was at 5:10pm to Bahrain and agent bibin told me reach Airport morning at before 9am. And after exit immigration inform me so then he will apply new visa I did the same. At 2:12 pm, agent Bibin sent me the status of the visa which was rejected and said now you have to go to your country, which is unprofessional. The visa process was done in such a way that I had to wait for 17 hours at the airport to come to my country and when I asked the airport staff and the people who were sitting there for the same visa change, they all said your agent did a wrong process it’s your agent mistake when your flight was going from Dubai to Bahrain, your agent should have done the visa process as it didn't happen. There was no flight departure and the agent applied the wrong visa And that should not have been done, I requested Albustan Tours to seat such unprofessional people, the name of Albustan Tours is being damaged, why do people know Albustan Tours and please issue me at least a visa so that I can come to UAE with a ticket, because It is the fault of the agent and the previous visa and ticket were also taken from Albustan Tours. I am a customer of Albustan Tours. If my words are not heard, I will not be forced to complain to the customer happiness center. Please solve my problem quickly.

Bustan travels is really a very good travels and faisal is a very helpful person most amazing thing is he dont just book the tickets but he will guide you till you r in the plane with required documents when eve you call him he is ready to help you out I strongly recommend bustan travels.
