I couldn’t recommend Andrea more. I was apprehensive as I had never received shiatsu before, and not only is Andrea incredible knowledgeable and professional, she has such a wonderful demeanour that you feel safe and relaxed as soon as you start your session.

If you are curious at all about Shiatsu, then there is no one better to go with. I have noticed deep healing within my body, and I have also gained more understanding of how my mind and body are connected, with Andrea graciously answering any questions I have. You can tell that Andrea genuinely loves what she does, and she cares for your well-being. She is a rare one and you would be lucky to have her in your life.

I had a few sessions with Andrea when I'd damaged my shoulder. I couldn't lift it without pain and found it hurt to lie on that side at bedtime. Andrea uses a firm but gentle touch to regain movement and relieve pain. She also gave me some specific exercises to do to continue the improvement between sessions. I cannot quite believe the difference. I have full movement back and no pain meaning I can enjoy all my favourite yoga positions again. I like to know how things work and Andrea was able to explain what she was doing and why.

After having quite tight shoulder and neck muscles I felt really relaxed after my shiatsu treatment, also I had been feeling very lethargic and low on energy. I was amazed how the days following my treatment enabled me to do jobs in my garden that I would have been able to do previously. Not only did my neck and shoulders feel great but I seemed to have recovered some of the energy that I had lost. I have regular treatments from Andrea and each treatment has left me feeling so much better. I have also had relief from Andrea's Ki Foot & Leg massages as I have trouble with my circulation and swelling legs and ankles.

An amazing holistic approach to recovery of a very painful back/hip problem caused by fractured ankle.
Walked in experiencing acute pain; walked out feeling so much better and able to move.
Never believed in Shiatsu before but I do now !!

I love my shiatsu sessions.I come away feeling calm and relaxed and each time know a bit more about how my body works. The suggestions l have been given about supplements to take have really made a difference to how l feel on a daily basis and l am constantly amazed at how much more energy l have. I highly recommend shiatsu and Andrea is just fab.

Went to see Andrea with lower back pain/heat and shoulder/neck issues. Andrea instantly put me at ease as we discussed my various symptoms and how shiatsu could help. After one session my back pain disappeared within a few days and the dreadful heat I experienced had gone. My shoulder is also a lot better and the intense stabbing pain gone. Andrea works gently and explains everything clearly in a relaxed and comfortable treatment room.

Andrea treated me both when I was going through fertility treatment and during pregnancy. Each session was incredibly relaxing and I would walk away feeling lighter and strangely taller each time. Andrea explained exactly what she was doing each time and where my issues were and gave me suggestions on how to help myself between sessions. I am now a big advocate of shiatsu and cannot recommend Andrea highly enough!

I can highly recommend Shiatsu Bodyworks . I went to Andrea with menopausal symptoms, which were made worse when my HRT was discontinued and I had to stop cold turkey. Andrea is so knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel at ease. I have been so impressed by the treatments and results that I have signed up to a monthly plan. I look forward to my treatment every month. Thank you Andrea!
