The owner of this shop need to employ people who are serious with work, I entered I the shop they are shouting to the customer who left his work to be done since morning ad until now is nor done yet. All of them arranging staff on the shop instead of attending the customers, we are paying not for free, attend the customer first then continue with your shop arrangements. After telling them are making noise to other people, they guy stopped doing my editing and told me that they will not do it for me to leave.. After waited for 30minutes in the shop, this is devastating, and very disappointing, I should have gone to other shop instead. Am a customer service and this is unprofessional. I Left the shop and leave the other customer making still making noise.

Worst stationery shop in Alnhada previous month I visited there to take some printout they were not listening to us busy with other customers they were taking so much time so slow service then my kid just opened the file on their computer. A store employee shouted on my kid that this is not a cafe this is not your shop dont touch our computer my kid was very scared. The employees are very rude when I told him not to scold my kid he started arguing with me I left the shop and went to al layali stationary which is just 2 or 3 blocks away from Al fahras it's better and cheaper and employees are very kind and good. I request the OWNER TO PLZ hire mannered employees and employees who know how to deal with customers.

Reasonable price and friendly staff.
I got my office and kids stationary items at cheap price.. So friendly and helpful staff.

i visited the store last saturday to print my documents. when im about to get the whatssapp # of the shpo to share my file suddenly 2 staff from the store behave very badly just because i move his book which is covering the store # and then guy told why i touch his book and i replied im saving the # to send my file. all of a sudden he shouted at me telling (podda tamil language) which i believe i dont deserve since im a cutomer. can u believe that by that action of my he told me such rude word. i hope that you will make a diciplinary actions againts this guy who is having ill manner so he will not repeat on other customer since you are doing business.. This is for sure ( i will never visit your store)
