Excellent experience with Mr. Hamza Khan, very respectful and efficient in communicating the process for repair. insurance took a bit longer than expected but i was constantly updated. Hamza was very polite and friendly

Was a little skeptical before leaving the car, as the timelines given made me feel like I would be parting with my car for a long long time. But once they took the car they worked pretty fast and delivered in the commited timeframe. Very happy with the service and specifically with extremely friendly Mr. Yasir who was actively updating on the status of the repair.

Repair Service - Poor services in their coordination with the insurance companies, even if your insurance has sent the approval they do not get the paper work done. You have to leave the car and no one is following up to ensure that the work approvals are smoothly passed on . Each time you call they tell you the work will get done and no definate time line. Why does al futtaim not have a process in place for these units
