Inefficient. Someone needs to come in and the review this branch’s processes as everyone seems to be rushing around, yet the phone goes unanswered, queues are long and there are always numerous complaints for things that simply should not happen. Many complaints require patients to go back around the loop of visiting the GP, putting unnecessary pressure on NHS services. In addition many people have to re-visit the pharmacy itself, once again causing unnecessary re-work for staff and stress for patients. Mixed customer service, with some members of staff being helpful and others simply inept and rude.

Whilst the lady member of staff was wonderfully helpful. The gentleman who when I returned with a prescription from next door having literally been in the pharmacy 5 mins earlier, told me the pharmacy was closed and to come back tomorrow even though I was there before 6pm he had shut the doors. I explained the situation and that I had literally been there and taken 30 mins off work to get my prescriptions but he was having none of it. He needs to go on a customer service course. Cannot recommend. Only an additional star because the previous lady was helpful.

This is the best GP practice I've ever been under. I do wish continuity of care was a thing in the NHS as I think it's easier for signs and symptoms to be missed but the receptionist staff are always a pleasure to talk to, the nurses care when drawing blood is lovely and the doctors refer without hesitation. Thank you so much for everything you do.

Seems staff are rude not very helpful have to wait forever for your items only use now on rare occasions mainly use kings street where the staff are very helpful and friendly may be the staff in this pharmacy go to kings street see how to be polite and helpful

My nana has used this pharmacy for 15years, in all that time she has never had a reason to complain. They are very pleasant, efficient, caring, especially the pharmacist who is very knowledgeable and helpful. With how busy they are she never minds waiting, they always have a smile on their face and time to help.

lovely staff doing a hard job...never had a problem with any them and they are always courteous and welcoming even when the place is packed with impatient people.

Understaffed unorganised inefficient, the poor staff who work there are run ragged, customers are caused undue stress through having to wait for ages just to be told medication isnt available orto be told to come backat another time. PerhapscWell pharmacy should employ more staff who are qualified to dispense

Totally useless pharmacy. They send all prescription s of to a remote location so on average you wait a week for you prescription to come back I won't use them again.
