Many said in the comments they have bad customer service, well its true from my experience. They told me to find another place because I said I need the service urgently.

The most horrible customer service ever. The guy was rude as hell, not helpful at all. Avoid this place at all costs as there are many other shops around. Its because of ppl like these that indians have a such a bad name as shopkeepers.
