Lovely day our for the family; went on a extremely hot day with a 2 year old so I will warn people that it is better for those without buggies ,(but you can leave buggies in areas) and a lot of the activities are without shelter so heavy rain and in my case; strong sunlight can affect your experience. Would highly rate the falconry and jousting (which is covered) and the kids theatre (again outside) is wonderful. Definitely take a trip but keep an eye on the forecast.

Very dirty rooms, the toilets were horrible. We asked for cancellation because of the dirtiness of the place, the owner said Ok but this unscrupulous guy tried to debit my card after leaving. I have reported him to the police.

Really good hotel, really friendly staff! I was greeted by the manager who waited for me to arrive even though i arrived at 9pm. Stayed there for 2 weeks, and they took care of me as if i were at my own home :) the room had everything i needed, and was comfortable enough for me. They even have free parking at the building, or next door in case their own lot is full. Highly recommend this place

It's a nice hotel with clean rooms which you less expect from a 3 star hotel but it's living the reputation. location is also good and within 25 minutes from airport

Room is ordinary, reception response is not upto the mark... we found flies in room.
