If there was a 0 rating, I would have given it!
Very bad customer service, rude management.
They deliver wrong items to you and if you opened the item by mistake and noticed that its not what you have ordered, they will not return your money (Even though it is their mistake).
Price of most items are more expensive than the market!
Storage of basic food stuff like rice, sugar etc. is not up to standards, bought a bag of rice and it was full of small mites. Again! I did not receive my money back and had a very rude response from them. Will never buy from them again.

BAD BAD BAD and Rude People !!!
I wanted a Juice for my Kid and myself when in counter i found i did not had cash in my wallet so i said him to give 1 pack of cigarette of AED 15 and use my credit card, he was like we dont sell cigarettes to people who use credit card but when i said i wanted juice along with it he replied he will not give buy from somewhere else. HE Picks His own Customer.

The best decision my partner and I made was to contact Ricky Allen to help us with our first ever purchase, he was patient, explained everything to us so clearly and kept us updated every step of the way. Ricky is professional, assertive and to my surprise bilingual! He was able to communicate with me in my mother tongue (spanish).
He will fight your corner and ha your best interest at heart.
We were so happy with him that we required his help when my parents sold their home and he, once again, delivered.

Ricky Allen was fantastic at helping my partner and I through our combined house sale & purchase. What should have been straight forward ended up being riddled with issues because of the incompetence of two 'agent approved firms' within the chain.

Ricky was able to suggest multiple options to ensure we were in control of the process and had the best possible options available.

Using modern tools like WhatsApp to efficiently communicate and manage expectations Ricky heavily streamlined the process for us. Buying and Selling can be extremely expensive, but we were very satisfied with the value and reasonable fees.

I would not hesitate using Ricky's services in the future and cannot recommend highly enough Houldsworth while strongly begging people avoid 'agent recommended partners'.

We bought our first home in September and Ricky could not have been more helpful. As it was our first buy, there was lots we didn’t know, but he was so clear and explained everything as we were going through!
We also had issues with our sellers solicitors being really rubbish and slow, but Ricky made sure that it was as stress free as it could be! Would absolutely recommend Ricky and Houldsworth, and would definitely use him again if and when we move in the future!
