A regular visitor arrived who was served immediately,then drank his prescription in my presence,then his dog running free around the pharmacy was given treats by the staff member,who eventually dealt with me.
This is the worst customer service,I as a pensioner have ever encountered,whoever is management needs to GET THEIR FINGER OUT,I take exception to to being placed behind a crackhead and his DOG

Even when the shop is empty you have to wait for staff to serve you
I even got a text to say my prescription was ready to find that when i went to collect it I was told I could not have it because the pharmacist was no in attendance and I would have to wait 2 hours untill they returned to sign it off !!!
Pathetic and a waste of my time

I would have gave 0 stars if it was possible . The staff are that slow i think uts them that are eating all the pills
