Had our Surprise Wedding at Cockermouth Town Hall on 20th May - staff there were amazing and the venue just perfect for our small intimate ceremony. Thank you for making our day wonderful ❤️ Pamela & Mark

Went for a viewing for our upcoming wedding. Polling station for local election was on at the time. Didn't phase us at all. Can tell this place oozes character and charm. Ideal for what we are after. Special thanks to the lovely lady who let us have a quick look round, and explained things in detail. Can't wait to get married there. Thank you x

Not getting married quite yet, but went to look at venue for later this year. Welcomed by staff member who showed us round with Covid precautions in place. The hall could seat up to about 60 guests, which used more than well have, but restricted at present to 30 excluding couple and officiants. The hall is bright and well decorated and procedures for use were explained clearly. Were definitely going ahead there because it totally serves or needs.
