ABSOLUTELY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I've been a regular customer for the past few years. It's currently summer time and I tried to purchase a bottle of water and they refused to sell it to me claiming "they don't have change" when they clearly had their tills filled with cash.
Had to go across the road to another supermarket to purchase a bottle of water. It's absolutely ridiculous and the employees lack courtesy and they're rude.
I definitely won't be buying from these guys again and neither should anyone else.
Would give them 0 stars if I could.

One of the counter boy is very rude to the customers. He tells the customers to get things from somewhere else after fighting. He needs to be treated. He doesn’t have manners how to talk to customers. He talks like he owns the place and the customers are his servant. I saw him soo many times fighting with customers that’s why i’m writing this review. Please Al madinah superiors, Check into this issue.

customer service is very bad, staff need to under go training at list,,,i bought a kilo of iran apple and charge me for one box of apple iran,,, i purchase morning and asked to deliver it by 6pm, my items came at 7:30 pm

Shop open 24/7 and the employees may not respond as we expect. Because may be the number of employees are low. Only two billing counter available. Some times only one counter available for billing.

I was not able.to find the offer items from the online advert
And I think this Branch is not that big to handle all the promotional items
It's in Qassmiya Area

I am regular customer of this market since last 15 years.
Yesterday day I visited market one of staff is very miss cooperative/ attitude.

Shopping here for me is a nightmare , the smell of the pesticides the flies everywhere especially in the produce section . It's not very well lit very small 2 counters. Really old items not often refreshed
