At 2pm today may 23 2023. I bought some stuffs in this branch of al madina al makaz 3 near etisalat and i met this cashier with a below 0 energy who kept saying no change no change no change. At 2pm this branch doesnt have sales and doesnt have enough money in the registrar for a change for 1000 aed. I did not buy a 1aed item for them not to do anything and that no one bothered to find a change if they dont really have any. One of the worse customer service 0 energy on staffs specially this cashier

A very bad store. The employees do not believe the customer. I was here today with my child. My child tried to get sweets from the sweet machine at the entrance. My child inserted her coins twice without getting her order. I asked the worker to help me. To him, my child put money several times without getting a sweet piece, so he looked at me as if I was lying. My child became crying and I was very upset by this treatment. I do not advise anyone to deal with this store. It was a bad day.

I'm always visit there, buy some food items and cosmetics products.
Cashier's don't know how to treat customers. Today my last visit there.
If they don't have (money) change try to get some where,

Very bad everything expensive minor things expensive minimum 50 fils up, very bad staff in behavior, they are making like community from India. My advise many Markets very near you can get all what you want same price or less also.
