Went to get cat food and flea treatment,the staff were very helpful and asked lot's of questions to give us the best product for our pets. Well pleased with the staff and support ????

Staff are always friendly and helpful when seeking advice. Love the pick and mix dog treats. Love that they always offer dogs a treat at the till too, praising good behaviour in store.

We went to this place in a great excitement as we were to be getting a new puppy! However, this excitement was short lived, as we felt very unwanted, and that we were not of any priority. The lady was rather helpful, but was soon wisked away, and we were left suddenly, with no help. We won't be in there in any hurry.
It may have been because it was
later in the afternoon and they were tired, but it was just a little stressful, when it should have been a fun, and exciting experience, which it certainly was not.

Visited the store today to buy a few bits for my aquarium and ended up buying some more fish. I found Tom very knowledgeable about the fish and he gave plenty of advice about the fish that would be OK with my existing fish.

Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly! They go out their way to ensure you get exactly what you want, they aren't pushy just extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Superb customer service!!
